What is Decogranite?

Dekogranit series sprayed granite coating material is an acrylic resin-based binder and water-based product containing natural granite particles. It does not contain dyes and any pigments. It gets its color from completely natural granite and natural stone particles.

In Which Areas Is Decogranite Applied?

Concrete, plaster, mortar, wall, panel, gypsum plasterboard, wood, profile, metal, polystyrene, concrete board, MDF, OSB, cement, sheet, etc. It can be applied to all kinds of exterior materials, old painted and plastered surfaces, interior facades for decorative purposes, and many shaped surfaces such as convex-convex after priming with Dekogranit Colored Special Primer.

How is Decogranite Applied?

Dekogranit Natural Stone Coating should be sprayed at least 6 hours after the appropriate primer is applied. In hot weather, it is recommended not to apply between 11.00-15.00 on facades that are directly exposed to sunlight and to apply on shaded facades. During the application and during the drying period of the product, the surface and ambient temperature must be between +5C at least and +35ºC at the most. Measures should be taken in a scaled manner according to the desired pattern on the properly primed surface, and according to these measurements, joint tapes of 2 mm thickness on both sides, optionally 7 or 10 mm wide are adhered and spraying is done with a special gun connected to a minimum 200 liter compressor.

What are the Characteristics?

It creates the same image as ceramic, granite, composite coating. It creates a rough and flat surface. 

* With its very hard texture, it is resistant and resistant to abrasion, scratches and impacts.
* It is durable and long-lasting with its natural stone content.
* It does not contain pigments and takes its color from natural stones.
* It shows high resistance against discoloration and fading.
* It is UV resistant, with the Dekogranit Transparent Protector applied on it, it is resistant to sun rays and weather conditions.
